Meeting with my employer

I repeated well in my head before going into her office. It is with many apprehension that I enter to ask her for an unpaid leave. I begin by exposing her my project, quoting her, the look full of dreams, the countries which I wish to cross and eventually announces her that I shall wish one unpaid leaves of one year from next September.... In my big surprise, she congratulates me on my courage, finds my very interesting project and part in searches on the rights of vacation sabbatical or without pay. I am open-mouthed, admiring in front of so much interest for my personal project. The decision does not belong to her. It will be decided on February 14th of this year in Board of directors. Rest more than to formalize my demand by registered letter.

By respect, I was anxious to discuss it verbally before the officialization of my demand with my former director, the president of the association and the vice-president. All without exception follow me, encourage me and have no doubt on the answer of the association. I knew that my structure was a human, cultural structure but I cannot believe it of all this support.
