The Community center of Blaiserie is situated at the heart of the district of Bel Air to Poitier.
      The social mix is a major stake in the cohesion of the territory. The construction of festive actions(shares), animations, discoveries, generates of the relation, the social link, the gratitude(recognition) of other one and participle in the break of the isolation. It is by the action(share) that the exchange takes place and that build themselves the knowledges.

     The popular education involves the education of all by all and that popular means here that the education is the affair of all. It was excluded the idea of "every man for himself", and strengthens the obligation "of the each for each".
The popular actors that we are (volunteers, administrators, employees) have to remain agitators of sense, handymen of dreams, creators of social taking into account the material questions as much as the questions of the intellectual and cultural blooming. The citizenship does not tend to follow the events without critical mind, it is always situated between cooperation and revolt, between integration and break. The strength of the local democracy, it is the commitment of the citizens. Yes, the association of the community center in its actions which it commits feeds on its values, promotes them by the active solidarity, the militant and concrete citizenship, the open secularism, the festive user-friendliness in a humanist spirit parking some respect for the physical, cultural and intellectual integrity of the people and the groups.
